Terms and Conditions – ck555 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ck555 platform, including the website at ck555.plus and the ck555 mobile application. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account on ck555. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Account credentials must reflect real, verifiable identity. Using fake names, addresses, CNIC numbers or contact details is grounds for immediate account termination. ck555 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

Players must keep their registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — up to date. Inaccurate contact details may delay support responses, withdrawal processing and account verification.

4. Deposits & Payments

ck555 accepts deposits in PKR only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Raast instant bank transfer
• Direct bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your ck555 account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa.

ck555 does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges from your payment provider's end.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are made in PKR and credited to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account depending on your selected method.

Before a withdrawal is processed, ck555 may require identity and payment verification. This is a standard procedure and is carried out to protect players and the integrity of the platform. Requested documents should be submitted promptly to avoid delays.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on ck555 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking bet details — including market, selection, stake and odds — before confirming. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement except where a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is available for that market.

ck555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, markets offered in error, or bets placed after an event has concluded. In such cases the stake will be returned to your account balance.

Cricket betting on ck555 — including PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals, ODI series and ICC tournaments — follows standard cricket betting rules. If a match is abandoned or rained off before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets will be settled according to the rules displayed for that specific market. In-play bets stand on the score at the time of suspension unless the market rules state otherwise.

Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. The house edge for each game is embedded within the game mechanics and is disclosed by the game provider. ck555 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino results are determined by physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact ck555 support. Self-exclusion requests are also available and will be actioned promptly upon receipt.

11. Limitation of Liability

ck555 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and occasional technical issues may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, ck555 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or profits arising from technical faults, payment processing delays outside our control, or errors in live odds feeds. In any situation where ck555 is found to be liable, that liability is limited to the amount of the stake involved in the specific bet or transaction in question.

ck555 does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account sharing, failure to keep credentials secure or provision of false information during registration.
